Refund Policy

AudiCable provides a free trial for our programs, it is suggested to download the trial version to evaluate whether it meets your needs before purchasing. Once the order is made, the refund can only be arranged with the conditions below:

ACCEPTED cases

A refund can be arranged if:

1. Paid for the same product twice by accident, the duplicated purchase will be refunded to you.

2. Purchased the wrong product and then ordered the correct product, the wrong paid product will be refunded to you.

3. Have received neither a registration code within 12 hours after the purchase nor a response in 24 hours from our support team after an email contact.

4. Faced with fatal technical problems the AudiCable technical support team doesn't provide a solution within 30 days.

5. Unaware that it is an auto-renew order and you didn’t receive the auto-renew notification in your email inbox before the auto-renew occurred. You should contact us within 5 days of the auto-renewal, and we will offer a refund.

UNACCEPTED cases

1. Did not receive a product key but didn't ask for assistance from the support team either.

2. A refund request (including the renewal order) has exceeded our valid refund period (see below).

3. Purchase the wrong program and don't ask for an exchange or a refund within the applicable refund date.

4. Purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.

5. A refund is launched by the reason of the price gap between different regions or different vendors.

6. A refund launched owning to the cease of renewal subscription to Spotify, Amazon Music, Tidal, and other streaming music services.

7. Change your mind after you pay for the product/subscription.

8. Faced with technical issues but refused to seek any assistance from our support team with any detailed descriptions of the problem.

9. A refund request due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the product's functions and capabilities before purchasing.

10. A refund request due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payment.

11. A refund request for an invalid code caused by improper operation of the user.

Important Notice

AudiCable offers a 5-day money-back guarantee on subscription-based products (1-month and 12-month licenses), and a 30-day for the lifetime license. The valid period is starting from the date of your purchase.

All subscriptions are set to automatic renewal by default. The subscription can be canceled at any time during your subscription period. To cancel the subscription, there is a link in the confirmation email that will be sent to you right after you purchase the product. You can simply click it to cancel the auto-renewal.

Your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days depending on your payment method. If you don't receive the refund within 10 days, please contact Stripe Support for further assistance.
